This program is for people looking to create change in all areas of their life through the process of training for and running a marathon. You will be trained to run 26.2 miles and supported in transforming your life.

  • Initial assessment of your life and fitness to support you in goal creation
  • A customized marathon training schedule that will gradually build your strength and endurance in 6 months
